Hill's Prescription Diet k/d + Mobility Cat Food with Chicken is a complete dietetic pet food for support of renal function in cases of chronic or temporary renal insufficiency and for support of the metabolism of joints in the case of osteoarthritis in adult cats.

Having the right balance of minerals and other nutrients in the food is the most important part of managing chronic kidney disease. Senior cats will often also suffer with joint disease, causing chronic pain and worsening quality of life. This product combines the benefits of a diet that supports kidney function, with the joint and muscle support provided by the special formula. This food is also made to stimulate appetite and maintain muscle mass, which prevents common complications of kidney and joint disease.

This food has a low level of phosphorus, a restricted level of protein but of high quality, high levels of DHA and total omega-3 fatty acids, increased levels of methionine and manganese and an adequate level of vitamin E.

Recommended for adult cats with kidney issues and joint problems.

Not recommended for kittens, pregnant or nursing cats, or cats without kidney or joint issues.
