5.6 - 7.5 kg 0.75 x 57mg tablet

7.6 - 10kg 1 x 57mg tablet or 0.25 227mg tablet

10.1 - 13kg 1.25 of a 57 mg tablet

13.1 - 16kg 1.5 of a 57mg tablet

18.6 - 22.5 kg 0.5 of a 227mg tablet

22.6 - 34 kg 0.75mg of a 227mg tablet
