Do I need Asda Money Pet Insurance to use Joii?
No, you don’t need to be insured - Joii is available for everyone. If you don’t have pet insurance, you can sign up with your email address and add your pet. You will have access to free nurse clinics and the symptom checker. As for vet calls, you'll only pay when you make a call.
I have Asda Money Pet Insurance. How do I access Joii?
First, download the Joii Pet Care app - it’s available in the AppStore and on Google Play. Then sign up and follow the prompts. Once you’ve linked your insured pet, you will have access to unlimited vet calls. It's that simple!
Are Joii vets and nurses qualified?
Yes. We are extremely proud of our highly qualified and skilled veterinary surgeons and nurses. All of them are registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Our clinical team is led by the president of the British Veterinary Dermatology Study Group
Can I use Joii in an emergency?
The Joii app consultations and symptom checker feature should not be used in urgent, life-threatening situations. Joii does have a vet finder that can help you locate your nearest veterinary practice.
50% off terms and conditions
- This offer is available to ASDA shoppers from 1st April until 30th June 2022.
- The 50% off code will only be valid for the first vet call. Subsequent calls will be charged at the full price of £24 (incl.VAT).
- One code can be used per Joii account.
- Asda Pet Insurance customers who have access to unlimited vet calls, do not need to use the discount code. The discount code cannot be applied to another service.
- The discount is only available to standard vet consultations and does not apply to dermatology or behavioral referrals which are charged at £95 for the first call then £50 for follow ups.
- Joii Pet Care services are only accessible through the free Joii Pet Care app
- It can take up to 24 hours from the time you buy a policy before Joii Pet Care has all the required information to allow you to link your pet. You will be able to use the app and your account from day one.
- The information shared with the Joii Pet Care team will be shared with Asda Pet Insurance including vet notes if there is a subsequent claim.
- Joii Pet Care vets and vet nurses are not able to discuss your Asda Pet Insurance policy details, for further information about your policy please contact email needed or call phone needed.
- One-to-One virtual clinics and training advice with a Joii Pet Care vet nurse are available from 8am-10pm seven days a week.
- The Joii Pet Care app is recommended not to be used in life-threatening situations. Please contact your vet in the event of an emergency involving your pet.
- Any personal data that we collect as part of any offer will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
- Joii Pet Care is created and administered by Vet-AI limited. Vet-AI reserves the right to update, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
- Vet-AI’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to any offer or promotion and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
- If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
