Hill's Prescription Diet c/d Multicare Stress Urinary Care food has been created to support common sign of urinary disease in cats. It is clinically proven to reduce the recurrence of Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease FLUTD and contains ingredients to help manage stress in cats, a known risk factor for FIC (Feline Idiopathic Cystitis).
This is achieved in part by carefully managing the mineral content of the food to reduce crystal and stone formation in the urine. This food can dissolve some types of bladder stones and prevent the formation of others. This formula also contains ingredients that help cats deal with stress, which is known to affect bladder health. Many cats have improved urinary health when fed this food long-term.
Meat and animal derivatives (chicken 10%), vegetable protein extracts, cereals, derivatives of vegetable origin, vegetables (1.2%), oils and fats, minerals, milk and milk derivatives. Urine alkalising substances: Potassium citrate (0.4 g/kg).
• Precise levels of minerals to help maintain urinary health.
